The RBI resource team is energized by the level of interest and commitment to undoing racism and bias in medical education and beyond. We started this academic year with a pledge party because we know that systemic change requires individuals to change. The success of our transformational change in becoming a school free of racism and bias relies on people like you.

The pledge party was a hit: Med Ed staff, students, and faculty joined in their commitment to undoing racism and bias. Each made a personal pledge and discussed all of the efforts that are happening in the school to address and undo racism and bias.

Our goal is to receive 200 pledges by September 30. Make sure to pledge today.

In the next few weeks, we will start to send you periodic tips and tricks to help you fulfil your pledge. We want to hear from you. Document and share what you are doing to work towards your pledge.
